Salary: £ 33,951 per year

Hours: 37 per week, equally split across two services based in Brighton and Worthing

Southdown is one of the leading providers of housing, care, and support services in Sussex. Our Housing Support Services help people who are at risk of homelessness, living in temporary accommodation, or facing challenges such as poverty, mental health issues, or domestic abuse. We work in partnership with local authorities to offer person-centred support that helps people find stability and move forward.

As a Team Manager, youll lead our frontline housing support staff, helping create a consistent, compassionate and effective service. Youll provide guidance, oversight and encouragement to staff while building strong relationships with commissioners and community partners. Your leadership will create the conditions where people doing challenging work feel supported, heard and able to deliver real impact.
