What You'll Be Doing Welcoming and assisting customers collecting parts or seeking advice Answering calls and scheduling tyre refits, tracking, and repairs Handling bookings, processing payments, and completing documentation Managing our click-and-collect orders from start to finish Dealing with enquiries via phone, email, and in-person Selling vehicle parts over the counter and supporting the sales team What We're Looking For Outstanding communication and customer service skills Car parts knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
