Role & Responsibilities
About the role :
Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced Digital Technology Director to provide strategic leadership for digital technology across all UK business groups and functions. This senior leadership role is critical to enabling business success through the effective alignment of technology strategy, investment, and delivery with current and future business needs.
Required experience
16. Proven leadership of large-scale ERP transformation programmes
17. Strong experience with manufacturing systems and factory technologies
18. Senior-level strategic technology leadership experience
19. Track record of delivering complex enterprise-wide digital programmes
20. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable experience
21. Experience within the UK defence industry
22. SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience
23. Experience in large international or matrix organisations
