Key Responsibilities: * Manage the cost aspects of a range of projects, including commercial, residential, leisure, and healthcare sectors. * Prepare and review detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and contract documentation. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost assessments and manage project budgets. * Provide cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. * Monitor and manage contract performance and ensure projects are completed within budget. * Assist with value engineering, cost forecasting, and risk management. * Negotiate contract terms and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers. * Ensure timely submission of applications for payments and valuations. * Advise on contractual disputes and assist with final accounts.
