Tone: calm, analytical, documentary-style (think Netflix/Arte documentary, not TikTok or MrBeast)

I am looking for a reliable, long-term video editor who can turn a voice-over + script into a 10–13 minute premium documentary-style video.
What I will provide for each video:
Final voice-over (English), 9–15 minutes
Full script, already structured in sections
Basic timing / pacing indications
Clear visual guidelines (examples + references)
Logo, colors, fonts
What you will deliver:
1 final edited video in 1440p or 4K, ready for YouTube
Minimal, calm documentary style:
Dark background (matte black / dark blue)
White and soft-gold graphic elements (lines, icons, simple shapes)
Simple charts, diagrams, and keywords on screen
Slow and subtle motion (no flashy transitions, no zoom spam, no emojis, no memes)
Clean sound mix:
Sync with the voice-over
Subtle background music (you can suggest music or use mine)
Editable project file (Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve)
Preferred software:
Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects
OR
DaVinci Resolve (including simple Fusion animations)
Style references (very important):
Calm, slow pacing
Minimal motion graphics
Focus on clarity and structure, not flashy effects
The story is driven by the voice-over; visuals support the argument
Project volume and timeline:
This is a long-term collaboration if we are a good fit
3–10 videos per month (depending on performance and channel growth)
Each video: 9–15 minutes
Expected turnaround:
First draft: within 4–5 days after receiving script + voice-over
Small revisions: within 24–48 hours
Budget:
I am looking for editors in cost-effective regions (Asia, Eastern Europe, etc.)
Budget per video (9–15 minutes): around $30-40 depending on experience and quality
This can increase over time if the channel grows and we work well together
Test project (paid):
Before starting long-term, I will assign a short paid test:
Around 60–90 seconds of real script + voice-over
Same style as the final videos
The goal is to check:
Your sense of pacing
Your design sense (minimal graphics, typography, colors)
Your understanding of the calm documentary mood
