Join Entain as a Retail Customer Service Manager in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, where no two days are the same, and contribute to a team that values integrity and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and fostering repeat business.
Salary: £12.70 per hour
What you will do
* Deliver outstanding customer service and promote safer gambling practices.
* Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving.
* Work towards set targets and maintain high shop standards.
* Open or close the shop as required, being responsible as a key holder.
Working patterns
Shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 20 hours, including long opening and closing shifts, as well as shorter evening shifts, varying weekly.
We prioritize work-life balance by providing your rota at least four weeks in advance.

* Must be 18 years or older.
* Passion for customer service and building relationships.
* Effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Calm and professional handling of challenging situations.
