Project Delivery Risk Manager - UK Wide (hybrid) – £58,000 to £72,000

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Project Delivery Risk Manager to drive the evolution of risk, help us navigate uncertainty and drive smarter decisions across our most critical projects. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Risk Engineers and shape and embed best-in-class risk management practices across major infrastructure programmes.
You will:
* Lead the identification, analysis, and mitigation of complex project risks across our portfolio.
* Define and evolve our risk strategy, tools, and methodologies.
* Collaborate with project teams to improve data quality and risk visibility.
* Develop and maintain risk registers, contingency plans, and advanced risk models.
* Present clear, data-driven risk insights to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Drive continuous improvement in risk processes, tools, and governance.
* Mentor and lead a team of 8 direct reports and 11 indirect reports, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
What we are looking for / Qualifications
* Proven experience in project delivery risk management within large-scale infrastructure, construction or utility projects.
* Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing high-performing teams.
* Deep knowledge of risk tools and techniques (e.g. ARM, Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis).
* Working knowledge of Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QRSA).
* Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Familiarity with integrating risk into cost, schedule, and scope baselines.
* Valid UK driving licence.
