Oversees the provision of timely, high-quality regulatory translations essential for product registration, maintenance, and launches worldwide.
About The Role
Key Requirements
* Team leadership and strategic guidance: Provides strategic guidance to a team of 5-6 direct reports and vendors, with prior vendor management experience with CROs.
* Ensures the selection of qualified talent (team members and vendors) to meet regulatory translation demands.
* Compliance and implementation: Ensures compliance excellence in collaboration with Process Transformation & Learning, implements state-of-the-art technologies, updates vendors' Statements of Work (SoWs), and supervises team budget with global financial competence.
* Decision-making and standard practices: Strategizes, oversees, and supervises the Regulatory Translation Solution group practices, serves as SME for related SOPs, and maintains relevant training.
* Stakeholder communication: Maintains clear communication channels with key stakeholders and represents the group in leadership meetings.
Additional Details
This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days/week in London office.
Your Experience
* Degree in bioscience or extensive experience in medical/pharmaceutical translation; Master’s or PhD preferred.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
* Approximately 8+ years of experience in project management, vendor management with CROs, and translation services.
* Leadership skills, excellent communication, team building, and compliance orientation.
* Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs in pharma or with CROs is desirable.
* Tech-savvy, experience with Veeva Volt preferred.
