Menlo Park focusses on the recruitment of primary care clinicians (GPs, Nurses, Allied Health), International GPs and Vets. We are a close-knit, friendly team, with an emphasis on a strong work ethic and high achievement.
Location
Thorpe Park in Colton (LS15 8GB), around 15 minutes’ drive (5 miles) east of Leeds City Centre. Brand new office refit completed in June 2022 for an awesome working environment.
The Role
This is an extremely varied role, suited to someone with a professional, positive 'can do' attitude. Working collaboratively with the Office Manager and other members of the Admin support team, you will be required to have strong communication and time-management skills, and be able to take direction.
You’ll also be working closely with the team of Recruitment Consultants to deliver on key marketing and advertising objectives. You will play a significant part in candidate attraction methodology and strategy; an invaluable and essential facet of the business.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (37.5 hour week).
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Posting, editing and upgrading adverts
* Marketing Candidates and Clients
* Adding Candidates to the CRM system from various sources
* Raising Invoices and handling queries
* Handling incoming calls and redirecting as appropriate
* Compliance
The following attributes are required for the role:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Good communication skills are necessary in terms of having the confidence to explain suggestions and discuss ideas, relating to certain processes
* Ability to take direction and adapt to new ways of working
* Strong grammar/proofreading skills/high attention to detail
* Effective time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Salary & Benefits:
* Basic salary of £25,000.00- £27.000.00 per annum (dependent on experience)
* Quarterly commission scheme based on company performance
