As a Software Engineer, you’ll join a small, experienced engineering team and work within a cross-functional squad alongside a Product Manager and Product Designer.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across the stack, building clean, well-considered software that directly supports customer outcomes. You’ll work iteratively, shipping at pace while maintaining a high bar for quality, collaboration and maintainability.
You won’t be operating in isolation - this is a supportive, well-structured environment with clear direction, strong product thinking and a shared sense of purpose.
You’ll be a good fit if you…
* Have commercial experience working as a Software Engineer in a product-led environment
* Are comfortable contributing across front-end and back-end JavaScript
* Enjoy working closely with Product and Design to understand problems before jumping to solutions
* Like building software that is user-facing, meaningful and measurable in its impact
* Are curious, thoughtful, and proactive about improving how things are built - without needing to be the loudest voice in the room
