Operate semi-automatic machines (after training). Monitor for faults and maintain quality standards. Handle pallets: stacking, wrapping, and moving with trolleys. Clean workstation and tools, including the use of solvents when required. Run multiple machines once trained. Comply with company health and safety policies. Candidate Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing experience (essential). Injection moulding experience (preferred but not essential). Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts (days and nights). Own transport due to location. Safety boots required (hi-vis vest provided). Hours & Pay 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights). 12-hour shifts. Training provided on day shifts before moving to the full shift pattern. £12.21 per hour basic pay. £50.50 weekly attendance bonus for completing all scheduled shifts.
