Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, tailored to the needs of primary-aged students.
* Create a positive, engaging classroom environment that promotes students' learning and emotional well-being.
* Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring students stay focused and on task throughout lessons.
* Assess students progress and provide feedback to support their development.
* Foster an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive, regardless of their background or ability.
* Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to ensure smooth running of the classroom.
What We re Looking For:
* Qualified Primary Teacher: You must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be in the process of obtaining it.
* Experience: Prior experience teaching in a primary school is essential, with the ability to work across a range of subjects.
* Enhanced DBS: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
* Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to inspire and motivate young learners.
* Communication Skills: Able to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Organisation: Ability to manage your workload effectively and adapt to different classroom settings.
