This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous tax experience who is studying towards a professional qualification and eager to build a long-term career in practice.You will assist with tax compliance work and begin developing advisory skills while working with a wide range of clients.Key responsibilities as Tax Semi Senior:
* Assist with preparing personal and corporate tax returns.
* Liaise with clients to request records and clarify tax matters.
* Support senior staff with advisory projects and planning.
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and deadlines.
* Maintain accurate working papers and documentation.
* Monitor deadlines and manage your workload effectively.
* Continue working toward a relevant professional qualification.
The successful Tax Semi Senior must possess:
* Previous experience in a tax or mixed accounts and tax role.
* Studying towards ATT, ACA, ACCA, or similar qualification.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
* A proactive and client-focused approach.
* 2+ years of experience in a UK practice.
