Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Hub Engineer!
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Hub Engineer to manage queue tickets, stock, and hardware repairs while ensuring service levels are met. This is an on-site role requiring activeernment SC Clearance.
1. Location: Abbey Wood, Stoke Gifford – Bristol BS34 8JH (On-site)
2. Hourly Rate: £ via Umbrella / £ via PAYE
3. Contract Length: Until 30 June 2026
4. Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
5. Manage queue tickets assigned to the Hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring timely updates and service levelpliance.
6. Handle Hub stock and asset management, including scanning items in/out of locations.
7. Oversee disposals processed through the Hub in line with contractual requirements.
8. Triage and perform hardware repairs on in-warranty equipment; liaise with vendors for parts and returns.
9. Replenish lockers where required.
10. Identify potential service issues and suggest improvements to the Team Leader.
11. Adhere to all agreed processes and site regulations.
Key Requirements
12. Activeernment SC Clearance (mandatory)
13. Previous experience in IT hardware repair and asset management.
14. Strong organisational and ticket management skills.
15. Ability to follow strict processes andpliance guidelines.
16. Excellentmunication and problem-solving abilities.

17. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
