We're expanding, and we're looking for a Watch Consignment Specialist to join us in the UK.
You’ll be joining a diverse team that’s currently disrupting the traditional way Watches are auctioned. You’ll help foster relationships and deliver excellent outcomes with both sellers and collectors locally and internationally, developing long-lasting partnerships, whilst becoming part of the fabric of a fast-moving, innovative company.
With a customer-centric approach, you’ll be able to bring your sales acumen to a collaborative team, where you’ll gain exposure to a breadth of luxury Watches, whilst contributing to revenue growth and product development.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and execute strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high-quality sellers across various categories.
* Build strong relationships with key sellers and identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
* Communicate and build client relationships to foster long term repeat business.
* Research values of collectable watches, analysing industry trends to make informed decisions on market trends and determine competitive market reserves.
* Managing the full consignment process with administration tasks including arranging photography.
* Use Salesforce to manage accounts and customers from prospects through to auction close, ensuring records and information is accurate and up to date.
* This role will require you to travel a minimum of 2-3 times per month across the UK
* Participate in Watch Collecting external events to help build awareness of the brand.
* Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in the online auction and e-commerce space. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
The Movement (What We'll Need From You):
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strong sales background, ideally within the watch industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for collectable and luxury watches
* Full UK driving licence
* Frequent travel across the UK
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn about new markets such as watches
* Good knowledge of the luxury watch industry
Location:
Parsons Green, London. You'll be predominantly based here, our London HQ. You'll need full UK working rights for this position.
