Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 12 years of experience working as a human resources (HR) business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
* Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience with current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in human resources and talent policies and practices.
* Experience garnering consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
* Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and oral format.

Responsibilities
* Identify organizational and talent gaps and people needed to execute business strategy, evaluating the talent landscape to inform resourcing and development plans within a product area. Support leaders in the selection and development of leadership talent.
* Improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to new, undefined, or multi-dimensional problems.
* Build relationships with leaders and provide human resources (HR) guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on people consequences and reactions.
* Serve as an advisor within the client organization, advising leaders across countries and job families in the development of people plans.
* Prepare, support, and influence individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change to shape and deliver people plans.
