Operations Administrator

Our client is currently looking for an Operations Administrator to join their busy team in the heart of Medway.

Responsibilities:

* Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support sales and operational processes
* Manage quotations, load customer and job information, and maintain schedules
* Be the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, online chat, and email
* Assist with project communication and documentation
* Ensure CRM is consistently up to date
* Monitor company Health and Safety records, documentation, and training
* Collaborate with the Sales and Operations Management team to meet project-related tasks

Hours of Work: Office-based, Monday to Friday, full-time

Requirements:

* Operational admin experience - essential
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong customer service orientation
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Exceptional planning, organising, and diary management abilities
* Keen problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Benefits:

* Competitive salary of £27,000 per annum DOE
