Shunter
Driver HGV Nights (C + E)
based in
Melmerby, you’ll be responsible for: Movement (Shunting) of all trailers and vehicles on site
Collection of trailers and vehicles from local service agents
Liaising with the transport office, drivers, service agent & warehouse
Driving a class 1 vehicle to our network of branches
Multi-drop deliveries
And here’s what we’d like you to have: Class 1 Licence
CPC card
Digital Tachograph Card
Strong communication skills & effective team player
Reliable and conscientious
Capable of working under pressure
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 45 hours per week. The work schedule is from Thursday to Sunday hours are from 10.00pm onwards (subject to change based on work demands).
