Role Description

The Teamwear Account Manager will manage fulfilment of APX Teamwear's commitments to teamwear partners. The role will demand:

* Management of an extensive list of teamwear customers, maximising commercial revenue and management of day-to-day queries.
* Growth of the teamwear category through new and existing customers, with a pro-active approach to developing existing relationships and finding new business.
* Management of teamwear clubs through APX Teamwear’s club shop portal, ensuring accurate setup and fulfilment in line with agreed service levels.
* Manage placement and fulfilment of bespoke orders.
* Maintain the teamwear database of customers, ensuring accurate contacts and key engagement dates are recorded.
* Assist with general sales enquiries via all media, and work with the customer fulfilment team to ensure all customers receive orders.
* Other ad-hoc duties as delegated from time to time by the Teamwear Category Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, or any other designated person in their absence.

The Teamwear Account Manager should hold relevant experience and qualifications, have an enthusiastic and professional approach, and a personal affinity with sports. The role will be predominantly office-based in Bradford and national travel should be expected. Working hours may vary depending on the requirements of the role.


Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in account management and customer service
* Knowledge of teamwear industry and products
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Sales and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with CRM software is a plus
