Priesty Fields Care Home, located in the historic market town of Congleton, is a beautifully designed facility blending modern design and technology with premium care and comfort. We provide bespoke residential and nursing care in a safe, welcoming environment, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Responsibilities
* Support residents with nighttime routines, including personal care, hygiene, and settling into bed.
* Conduct regular safety and wellbeing checks throughout the night.
* Assist with repositioning and mobility to ensure comfort and prevent health issues.
* Monitor health conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns.
* Prepare the home for the next day, ensuring it remains clean, organised, and welcoming.
* Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents who may need it during the night.
* Accurately document care activities and observations.
* Collaborate with the day team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
Qualifications
We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in residents' lives. Ideally you bring:
* A warm and empathetic nature with a passion for caregiving.
* Experience in health and social care is beneficial but not essential – training will be provided.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team, especially during quiet nighttime hours.
* Excellent observation and communication skills to address residents' needs promptly.
* Reliability and flexibility to adapt to the demands of night shifts.
