The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Lead Recruiter to own the entire lifecycle of hiring across our UK and Philippines operations. You will pivot from hiring software engineers for our London team, to hiring for our corporate functions in the UK and Philippines. This is your chance to build the teams that will redefine property investment, working at the forefront of PropTech and AI innovation.

* Experience with Ashby, our ATS platform
* Background in fintech or high‑growth startups
* Experience building employer branding initiatives
* Knowledge of UK employment law and right‑to‑work requirements
What You'll Own
* End‑to‑end recruitment across UK and Philippines, from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding
* Building and nurturing talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
* Partnering with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches
* Sourcing creatively across channels and experimenting with AI‑powered recruitment tools
* Delivering a candidate experience that reflects our ambition and values
* Tracking, analysing, and improving hiring metrics and processes
* Scaling our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly
