Responsibilities
* Field sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & waterproofing systems, such as single ply membranes, felt systems, hot & liquid applied waterproofing, ancillary and accessories.
* Sell to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors, building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants (e.g., Jewsons, MKM, IBNG).
* Develop and manage an established area turnover (circa £3.5m).
* Maintain a good blend of account management and new business development.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Must have sold a similar building envelope or roofing solution (e.g., guttering, roof tiles, insulation, flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, facades).
* Must have sold to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors, building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants.
* Genuine get up and go, hungry and desire to earn.
* Results oriented, hungry and enthusiastic.
