Essential Requirements: PhD or equivalent industry experience in Antibody Discovery, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related field Minimum of 6 years’ hands-on experience in antibody drug discovery, ideally within industry Demonstrated expertise in antibody display technologies (phage and/or mammalian) Proven skills in antibody library construction, optimisation, and screening Strong molecular biology background, including DNA cloning and mammalian cell culture Proficiency with in vitro assays such as ELISA, SPR, TDCC, and reporter assays Hands-on experience with flow cytometry and FACS Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desirable Requirements: Experience mentoring or managing junior scientists Track record of initiating or leading novel platform development projects Experience presenting research to senior management or external partners Familiarity with implementing innovative display or engineering technologies Additional Insights: Location: Cambridge, UK Contract Type: Permanent, full-time Start Date: ASAP Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK Sound interesting?
