We are looking for a friendly, organised and data-drivenClient Services Data Analystto join our busy and customer-focused Client Services team withinThe Delivery Group.
The successful candidate will support our Client Services Team and wider business by producing accurate and timely reporting, as well as monitoring service performance and responding to Client and Internal requests. You will be responsible for daily reporting, responding to ad hoc reporting requests, circulating updates concerning service SLAs, raising potential problems to management based on trends that you are monitoring along with assisting teams with any data analysis and or reporting where required to ensure that we can provide the best customer service.
This new and exciting role sits within our Client Services Team, and reports directly to our Client Services Manager Joe Humphris.
The position is currently offered as hybrid (2 days in the office and 3 days working from home), though this is subject to change based on the needs of the business. All equipment will be provided by The Delivery Group. A suitable home working space and reliable internet connection is a must to enable homeworking.
