We're excited to be working on the behalf of a modern, friendly Accountant firm who are seeking a new member of staff in their Accounts & Tax department. Duties will including:
* Accounts preparation for a varied portfolio of sole traders and SMEs
* Corporation tax computations
* Preparation of personal tax returns
* Attending client meetings / answering client queries
* Assisting other departments with bookkeeping, company secretarial duties, checking work etc as needed
The firm are open to full or part-time candidates, ideally circa 20 hours and upwards. Experience using Taxcalc would be highly beneficial, as well as knowledge of Xero. You will need previous experience working within a firm of Accountants in a similar role. The firm can consider hybrid working.
