As a global leader, we’re looking for a Manager, CareAware Device Integration to drive success as part of our Device Integration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be responsible for leading the technical delivery team passionate about delivering consulting implementation services to clients throughout Europe for medical device connectivity products. What you will do:
1. Ensure all business standards and service levels are met for project deployments, managing the practices to achieve client success in medical device interoperability goals.
2. Contribute to the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of products across clients that align with the program's mission.
3. Develop process improvements and evolve the Oracle Health technology strategy for CareAware Device Integration products.
4. Develop the solution roadmap and ensure implementation procedures align, including infrastructure architecture standards, efficiency improvements, and platform compatibility.
5. Manage people by understanding disagreements, hearing all perspectives, and facilitating resolution plans.
6. Delegate work, set clear expectations, follow up, and adjust priorities based on team needs, client goals, and business direction.
7. Lead by example, share knowledge, foster a respectful work environment, advocate for your team, create accountability, and recognize accomplishments.
8. Travel up to 40%.
Required Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
2. At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in healthcare IT consulting, support, or related client-facing roles.
Additional Requirements:
1. 2 years of people management, project management, or matrix management experience.
2. Previous experience with Cerner CareAware iBus and related products.
3. Experience with health system operations.
