We are working with a well-established company in central Southampton that is looking for an administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fast-paced role where you will support several departments in managing the financial aspects of large contracts with some of the UK’s top companies and organizations. Full training will be provided.
The Financial Administrator Role
This role offers a range of responsibilities and a fantastic opportunity to learn about different areas of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the client database
2. Processing financial data and information
3. Producing numerical calculations
4. Dealing with enquiries from clients and external agencies
5. Ensuring that commercial and financial packs are compiled correctly
6. Communicating with all levels of the business
7. Updating spreadsheets and analyzing numerical information
8. Assisting other teams when required
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you should have a desire to learn, excellent analytical skills, a proactive approach, and good attention to detail. You must be confident communicating at all levels of the business and able to work under pressure.
You might be a college leaver or graduate looking to start your career in a commercial or financial environment.
