Role: DevOps Engineer
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and implementing robust CI/CD solutions across various portfolios. This role also supports project delivery by ensuring efficient build, release, and deployment pipelines.
Daily Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, aligning with our DevOps strategy.
* Ship high-quality, scalable, secure, and robust solutions.
* Collaborate within squads to ensure solution design and implementation are aligned, using an agile approach.
* Participate in stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
* Contribute to team planning, estimating, prioritizing, and identifying project milestones and risks.
* Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies, and drive innovation.
* Support the tech support team during business hours and provide 24/7 support via on-call rotations.
* Apply information security principles to daily tasks.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
* Designing, building, and implementing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
* Implementing 'Release on Demand' in a SaaS environment.
* Strong understanding of DevOps tools and technologies.
* Scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Helmfile.
* Knowledge of QA automation and security tools integration in CI/CD pipelines.
* Proficiency with GitHub or similar source control tools.
* Excellent documentation skills, preferably with Confluence.
* Understanding of agile development practices.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
