Receptionist / Administrator, Bedford, c GBP 22,000
We are currently looking for a professional individual to support a busy Reception and Administration team in Bedford. JOB REF:9809
The Role
1. Answering the telephone as part of a team, distributing calls, and taking messages
2. Greeting and assisting clients and visitors in a professional and helpful manner
3. Handling general enquiries, both by phone and in person, efficiently and courteously
4. Managing incoming and outgoing post
5. Maintaining electronic diaries and managing meeting room bookings
6. Ordering office supplies and stationery
7. Providing administrative support to other departments, such as managing electronic files, scanning, and ordering archived files
Skills Required
1. Previous reception experience (Legal experience is advantageous, but not essential)
2. Positive, professional, and approachable demeanour
3. Strong work ethic with a confident and friendly approach when interacting with clients and colleagues
4. Good IT skills
5. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
