We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader role within a community-based support service working with individuals affected by substance misuse and complex needs.
Job Title: Team Leader [Recovery and substance misuse Service]Location: HaringeyHours: Full-time (flexibility required including evenings/weekends when needed)Contract: 3 months [may get extended]
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of the service
* Leading and supervising a team, including inductions, supervisions, coaching, and development reviews
* Supporting recruitment, performance management, and overall service delivery
* Managing safeguarding concerns and ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements
* Building effective relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
* Monitoring KPIs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met
* Supporting budget management and operational performance across the service
Experience Required:
* Experience within substance misuse, social care, mental health, or supported housing services
* Previous staff supervision or management experience
* Strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge
* Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs
* Ability to work effectively with voluntary and statutory agencies
