* Oversee internal communications platforms (G-Suite, Slack, Notion) and be the main point of contact for the IT helpdesk provider.
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise systems for performance and integration; safeguard data integrity and security; manage backups.
* Data protection and compliance owner within Priority and related systems; align with GDPR and data privacy regulations; manage access controls and support audits.
* Drive technical innovation and document system processes, integrations, and automations. Manage the Systems and IT operations budget.
ERP & Integrated Systems Project Management
* Provide ERP user support, training, and light customization.
* Assist in rolling out new systems and upgrading existing ones.
* Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and other teams to align tech with needs; develop timelines and track progress.
* Use Notion to manage projects and coordinate cross-team collaboration.
Process Improvement
* Evaluate current processes and implement improvements or automation; partner with leadership to implement system-based enhancements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
* Manage relationships with software vendors and external tech partners; handle contracts, SLAs, and system updates; coordinate training.
Reporting & Analysis
* Deliver regular reports on system health, performance, and usage; ensure data flow across platforms; provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Team Collaboration
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams and consultants to ensure system stability; update internal IT policies and recommend external support resources.
Who You Are
* Strong technical background with experience delivering system projects while maintaining operational excellence.
* Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Priority); other systems like Oracle Netsuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics are applicable.
* Experience with systems supporting operations, sales, and finance in a consumer-goods field.
* Proven ability to manage external vendors and stakeholder relationships; strong data analysis and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite; clear written and verbal communication with the ability to translate technical jargon for senior stakeholders and users at all levels.
