This opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher or an educator in the early stages of their career who is passionate about nurturing the whole child-supporting their academic, social, emotional, and mental health development every day.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a reflective and committed teacher with:
- Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree in education (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- Proven or developing experience within Key Stage 1
- A strong commitment to supporting children's emotional wellbeing and mental health
- A passion for children's literature and a clear understanding of how to foster a love of reading
- Confidence in delivering high-quality daily phonics sessions (ideally using Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised)
- A belief in mastery-based learning and strong adaptive teaching strategies
- Strong organisational and classroom management skills, rooted in relational practice and mutual respect
