Youll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, where youll have the opportunity to develop your expertise and work closely with senior professionals in the field. The firm prides itself on providing a high-quality service to its clients, maintaining a strong reputation in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse residential caseload from instruction to completion
* Handling more complex transactions, including agricultural work and lease extensions
* Providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions
* Working collaboratively with the wider team to contribute to the firms continued success
About You
* A qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor)
* Proven experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
* Knowledge of more complex areas such as agricultural transactions would be beneficial but is not essential
* Strong client care skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service
* Ability to work independently while also being a team player
