Job Description
Field Repair Manager – Glasgow Service Branch.
As a member of the management team, you will drive operational excellence and exceed business goals. You will lead a team of Lift Engineers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient planning, quality service, and adherence to safety standards.
Field Repair Manager Responsibilities
* Plan engineer workloads and allocate repair works.
* Maintain a portfolio of assets.
* Manage team absences, performance, and appraisals.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures, conduct risk assessments and method statements.
* Carry out regular site monitoring.
* Maintain customer relationships, addressing queries and complaints.

Field Repair Manager Requirements
* Previous experience within the lift industry or similar service industry, with transferable skills.
* Relevant management qualifications desirable.
* Minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering.
Previous lift industry experience in a management or senior technical engineering role is preferred. A full UK driving licence is essential and travel throughout the UK is expected.
