About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, engaging teaching across a range of Art & Design programmes.
You'll create inspiring learning experiences that develop students' practical, technical and creative skills, while supporting their progression into further study or employment.
What you'll be doing:
* Delivering engaging, inclusive teaching that motivates and inspires learners
* Supporting students to develop creative, technical and professional skills
* Planning and assessing work, providing high-quality feedback
* Tracking student progress and supporting achievement and progression
* Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement
* Supporting student recruitment, enrichment activities and industry engagement
* Creating a positive, inclusive and high-expectation learning environment
About you
You're a creative and committed educator who is passionate about student success. You will bring:
* A degree in Art & Design (or a related subject)
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Experience delivering practical, studio-based teaching
* Strong knowledge of contemporary Art & Design practice
* The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners of all abilities
* A commitment to inclusive teaching, safeguarding and student wellbeing
