The Couture Club is looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social – someone who doesn't just follow trends – they spot them early, interpret them through branding, and turn them into standout storytelling.
The Social Media Manager will own the end-to-end social strategy, responsible for shaping how The Couture Club shows up across social platforms, leading social-first thinking across campaigns, and ensuring everything we create feels intentional, relevant, and culturally in tune.
The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Head of Creative to develop social concepts, narratives and formats - from always-on content to campaign moments - leading ideas from concept through to execution with the support of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager:
* Be a creative and social enthralled — constantly ideating, experimenting and pushing ideas forward.
* Lead social storytelling across campaigns, drops and cultural moments.
* Work closely with the Head of Creative to concept social-first ideas that feel premium, relevant and distinctive.
* Be hands-on with content creation: shooting, directing and shaping content for social.
* Lead campaign rollouts from idea to execution, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
* Stay deeply tapped into social trends, creators and cultural moments.
* Turn trends into on-brand moments that feel authentic, not forced.
* Manage and mentor the Social Media Executive, setting clear direction and standards.
* Oversee social calendars, campaign timelines and content delivery
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce and PR to ensure joined-up storytelling
* Analyse performance and use insights to evolve strategy and creative direction.
* Own reporting and analysis, presenting back to key business stakeholders.
What the Couture Club is looking for...
Required:
* At least 4 years' experience in a social media or social marketing role.
* Experience in editing on apps such as; Capcut, Inshot, VN video editor, Adobe Lightroom, VSCO, etc.
* Proven experience creating engaging video and short-form content for social platforms.
* Proven experience in a social role within fashion, lifestyle or culture-led brand(s).
* Strong track record of building and executing social-first strategies, not just managing channels.
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, setting direction and creative standards
* Comfortable using insights and performance data to inform creative decisions and evolve strategy
* Experience leading social campaigns from concept to execution, working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident decision-maker who trusts their instincts, backs ideas & isn’t afraid of creative risks.
* Passionate about fashion, culture and social media.
* Trend-aware but brand-focused.
* Proactive, organised and adaptable.
* Comfortable taking creative direction and contributing ideas.
* Strong visual storytelling skills.
* Hands-on creator confident in shooting content.
* Detail-oriented but fast-moving, you can operate in a reactive, always-on environment but without losing quality.
Desirable:
* Experience within menswear or womenswear
* Experience within fitness or sports
* Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, or related field
