Talent Acquisition Administrator My client is a leading organisation specialising in providing a wide range of sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. They are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their team in Banbridge. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8am - 5pm and Fridays: 8am - 3pm. Salary Dependant on experience Job Role: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of recruitment activities. You will be working as part of a large driven, supportive, and dynamic team, with a strong culture of sharing experience, knowledge, and skills. Essential Criteria: Proven experience of 1 years within an administration/coordination role, preferably within a People and Talent department. Familiarity with previous company management systems. IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to collate and maintain database information for the purpose of KPI reporting. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to strict deadlines. Ability to work as part of a team as well as your own initiative. Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information at all times. Desirable Criteria: Experience in a similar industry (Construction/Engineering). Knowledge of recruitment best practices. Experience of working in a large organisation with regional offices and sites. Previous experience of KPI reporting within a People or Talent function. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Support the People & Talent team across all stages of the recruitment process. Deliver timely and professional communication to candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and next steps. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and complete candidate information. Ensure job vacancies are posted across relevant job boards and the company careers page. Complete initial candidate screenings from job boards and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers. Collect and securely file all required candidate documentation, including right-to-work records, monitoring information, references, qualifications, and certifications. Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics, including availability, meeting rooms, interview packs, and virtual Teams calls when required. Assist with internal and external events, representing the company to attract potential talent. Support sourcing efforts by identifying potential candidates through various channels. Prepare and issue offers of employment and contracts to successful candidates. Contribute to recruitment campaigns and related activities. Generate and present monthly recruitment KPIs using the ATS and Power BI. Maintain, update, and manage a variety of People & Talent tracking spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy. Update and organise key Talent documentation, such as job descriptions, employment contracts, and onboarding materials. Communicate new starter information to relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Coordinate IT, HSE, and other equipment requirements for new starters with the appropriate teams. Oversee the end-to-end process of employee referral vouchers, including verification, issuance, and accurate record-keeping. Perform any additional duties as required by management.
