Facilities Manager (Hard Services) Location - Bristol, BS4 (free onsite parking) Salary - £40,000 – £50,000 Hybrid - 4 days in office or client site, 1 day remote Neulinx are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing commercial property consultancy on their search for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, has a strong technical foundation, and enjoys being hands-on with both clients and contractors. What you’ll be doing You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality FM and building consultancy services to a broad client base – from reviewing service charges and managing maintenance contracts to leading small-scale projects (up to £0.5M), carrying out audits, and advising on compliance and lifecycle planning. Expect plenty of variety across tenant, landlord, and contractor projects. A typical week could include: · Reviewing and re-tendering M&E service contracts · Writing technical specifications and PPM schedules · Carrying out lifecycle and condition surveys · Leading small refurbishment or plant replacement projects · Conducting audits and quality checks across commercial buildings · Advising on statutory compliance, CDM, and energy efficiency (EPC/MEES) What we’re looking for · Background in Facilities Management (ideally hard services) · Previous experience with commercial property · Strong understanding of health & safety, CDM, and compliance · Confident in project managing small works and technical audits · Comfortable producing reports, tenders, and asset lists · Personable and client-facing – a natural problem solver · Ideally degree or HNC qualified in FM or a related technical field Why apply? · Competitive salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE · Hybrid working: 4 days in the office or on client site, 1 day remote · Generous holiday allowance: 28 days per year (plus bank holidays) · Pension and mileage allowance · Great culture with a close-knit, knowledgeable team To start your journey as a Facilities Manager, you can submit an application through Neulinx.
