Responsibilities
As an Accounts Assistant, youll be responsible for managing purchase ledgers, reconciling supplier statements, and supporting the Finance Manager with day-to-day operations. Youll handle invoicing, VAT administration, freight matching, and expense reconciliation across multiple sites, ensuring everything adds up perfectly.
Qualifications
Strong experience of purchase ledger work is essential, and youll need to be an Excel whizz, comfortable with Vlookups and Pivot Tables. If youre a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in accuracy, this could be your ideal next step.
