This in-person leadership role is vital to ensuring that both clinical operations and client experiences run smoothly and professionally.*Your Role*As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our MVA clinic while supporting our patients, staff, and external partners through organized and efficient care coordination.*Key Responsibilities** *Client Intake & Assessment*Conduct thorough in-person intakes for new patients, gathering health history and MVA claim details.* *Customized Treatment Planning*Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's condition and recovery goals.* *Reception & Front Desk Oversight*Supervise front desk operations and reception staff to ensure excellent client service and efficient clinic flow.* *Support to Billing Department*Coordinate closely with the billing team to ensure timely and accurate submission of treatment plans, documents, and invoices to insurance providers.* *Communication with Lawyers & Adjusters*Act as a liaison with legal professionals, case managers, and insurance adjusters regarding patient progress, treatment approvals, and documentation.* *Data Management & Documentation*Input and manage client information within EMR systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and up-to-date records.* *Clinic Workflow & Quality Assurance*Monitor and improve daily operations, ensuring consistent standards of care and a welcoming, professional clinic environment.*What We?re Looking For** Previous experience in medical office management or MVA rehabilitation preferred* Understanding of Ontario?s MVA claims process and healthcare billing* Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills* Proficiency with Antibex system and Microsoft Office* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), especially when dealing with legal and insurance professionals* Highly organized, reliable, and solutions-focused mindsetJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00-$30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekFlexible language requirement:* French not requiredSchedule:* Monday to FridayEducation:* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)Work Location: In person
