Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Tissue Viability Team in Bridgewater. You will lead in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of tissue viability services across Bridgewater. You will provide expert advice and clinical practice to all service users and work in collaboration with clinical colleagues to develop services and improve the quality of care delivered. You will work with your TVN Colleagues to lead development of clinical guidelines and evaluate research and transfer innovations across the trust.
Main duties of the job
You will act as a TVN resource for the population of Warrington and Halton. You will Ensure the effective and efficient use of physical and financial resources; make recommendations regarding supplies and equipment.
You will monitor health, safety and security of self and others and promote best practice in the clinical area.
You will lead/participate in the development and implementation of new services within the Trust to improve the patient journey.
Your role will include the evaluation of service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and initiate change.
With the team you will develop and review policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to own area of work.
Your role will include establishing effective networks both locally and nationally promoting and embracing best practice
