Ensure compliance with CQC Regulations and Industry Standards. Serve as the primary contact for customers, local authorities, and agencies. Support business growth through marketing and recruitment strategies. Assist in designing and delivering in-house training courses. Requirements: Integrity, honesty, and kindness. Previous management experience. NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or equivalent (or working towards it). Driving licence required.
