Production Team Leader RFA-Tech - Lichfield 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm £29,617 per annum As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will coordinate the activities of a group of Warehouse Operatives to ensure the team operate efficiently and effectively. The activities being undertaken are a variety of day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to, loading and unloading of products, picking order for delivery and general housekeeping duties to the standards of quality, health, safety and environment. You will assist the Line Manager to undertake and complete full stock-takes, personnel reviews, and a variety of weekly inspections and checks. Ideally, youll come from a warehouse background because you will be operating a production line, but whats most important to us is that you know how to follow strict safety procedures. Health and Safety is your number one priority, so youll be confident to speak out if something is wrong.
