We are looking for an applicant with appropriate experience to join our established team.
This is an opportunity to build on your qualifications and work towards an NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 in Care.
You will provide direct care and support to adults with complex needs and learning disabilities within the Orchard day service.
We seek someone with a good understanding of the needs of people with complex needs and profound multiple learning disabilities (PLMD).
The ideal candidate will demonstrate and apply Person Centred Principles and be committed to delivering meaningful, creative, and fulfilling services within Orchard.
The successful applicant should be able to work within a fully integrated team with TEWV partners in a dynamic environment, identify potential risks, and take active steps to address them.
This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week.
The post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
