Senior Support Worker - £13.60 per hour Lead and mentor staff to deliver person‑centred care Support rehabilitation programmes for individuals with brain injuries Administer medication and maintain accurate records Promote independence and dignity Contribute to care planning and safeguarding Senior experience required, ideally in brain injury rehabilitation Support Worker - £12.60 per hour Provide hands‑on support with daily living tasks Assist with therapy and rehabilitation programmes Encourage independence and community involvement Offer emotional and social support Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Why Join?
