Hours: 37 hours a week
Contract Type: Fixed term for 12 months
Location: Hybrid (Council House/home-working)
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our Communications & Marketing team.
You'll be working on some focussed digital communications priorities for us, including:
SOCIAL MEDIA
• Completing a social media audit
• Strengthening our social media content and monitoring, refining and embedding new ways of working
• Optimising and embedding organic social media planning processes
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
• Launching a new range of email communications topics, using our existing platform DotDigital
• Leading a marketing communications campaign to optimise subscriptions
• Embedding new email templates and ways of working
REPORTING
• Developing our Google Looker Studio reporting suite
We’re looking for someone with existing skills and practical experience of developing social media communications and email marketing communications. As well as strong general communications and marketing skills and experience, ideally with some knowledge or experience of public sector communications.
You’ll be organised, customer-focussed with a creative outlook, plenty of initiative and enthusiasm.
