3. Draft and review legal documents related to property transactions.
4. Manage client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
5. Conduct property searches and manage the registration of titles.
6. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties to coordinate transactions.
7. Provide administrative support to the legal team, including maintaining records and filing systems.
8. Assist in managing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing laws and regulations.
10. Support the team with any additional tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
11. Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal environment within professional services.
12. A strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
13. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
14. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
15. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
