Job Description
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner.
* Liaise with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
* Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
* A strong background in customer service & administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Hold a full UK driving license.
Working hours for this role will be Mon - Tue 09:00 - 17:00 and Fri 13:00 - 17:00.
There will also be 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00.
