The Role We are seeking a talented Regulatory Enforcement & Compliance Solicitor to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have experience in regulatory or criminal enforcement work and a genuine interest in building client relationships and business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising on regulatory investigations involving agencies such as HSE, EA, Food Standards Agency, and Trading Standards
Supporting clients after incidents or accidents, including interviews under caution and internal investigations
Providing compliance and risk management advice
Handling contentious matters alongside our Commercial Disputes team, offering litigation support
Developing market presence by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
Collaborating across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions
About You Qualified solicitor (0–4 years PQE) with experience in regulatory or criminal enforcement
Strong understanding of investigation, enforcement processes, and criminal procedure
Interest or exposure to commercial disputes/litigation
Excellent communication, analytical, and client care skills
Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to build a career in regulatory law
