Salary £14-£16 per hour DOE plus overtime & on‑call
45 hours per week on site + paid driving time

Founded in 1983, Metro Rod and sister company Metro Plumb are leading providers of drain clearance and maintenance services delivered largely on a reactive basis. The services are provided by over 60 franchisees across the UK. We have a 24/7 service to both commercial and domestic customers. Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, Willow Pumps and Filta focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions, providing a complete one‑stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
Vacancy – Qualified Plumber (Doncaster area)
We are a reactive 24/7 plumbing service, responding to emergency plumbing and pre‑planned maintenance call outs. This role covers the Doncaster area and the successful candidate will need to be based within the West Yorkshire area.
What’s involved?
* Confident plumber who can carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including installation and maintenance of toilets, taps, ball valves, siphons, flexible hoses, pipework, radiator valves, cylinders, boilers, heating systems across a range of domestic and commercial customers.
* Attend heating and gas emergencies as well as general plumbing installations, leaks, issues.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience as a Plumbing Engineer for both domestic and commercial customers
* NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent experience)
* Unvented certification
* DBS checked (or willingness for this to be carried out)
* Full UK driving license
* CSCS Card
* Flexibility to work overtime
